Great food, great place, great vibe! I came here for a coffee party — the music and people were awesome. I tried the grilled chicken, and it was amazing. The coffee drinks were great too! I’ll definitely recommend this place to others. 10

My wife and I truly love this place. Clean, fast service , friendly staff. Fantastic healthy food selection. As well as, convenient location to mass transit and walkable. Love love this spot. It has replaced Carrot Express and Pura Vida for me. Mabel is amazing, knows the menu inside out and makes great recommendations. The staff is friendly and the food is great! The food orders are fresh, made to order. The honey latte is my latest addiction. Please come to Northern Jersey and NY! I can't deal with the loud, party atmosphere at Pura Vida. Carrot express the food is inconsistent throughout their locations. Please keep doing what you're doing. Treat Mabel well, she's certainly an asset to Sproutz.

I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic healthy restaurant where I ordered a protein bowl with chicken, pesto, quinoa, and roasted vegetables, and it was truly an explosion of flavors. The quinoa, elevated with cranberries and peas, was perfectly balanced, and the roasted vegetables were cooked to perfection. The green juice I paired with my meal was incredibly fresh, providing a refreshing complement. For dessert, I indulged in a fit cake that boasted exceptional quality. Sweetened with stevia, made with almond flour instead of wheat, and using avocado oil in place of seed oils, it was a guilt-free, anti-inflammatory treat. What truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail. Unlike many casual health spots, this is not your typical “bowl” served with plastic spoons and paper plates. You can expect a meal served on proper plates with silverware, which adds a touch of satisfaction to the experience. The service was above and beyond. My server was attentive, polite, and delivered service reminiscent of fine dining. As for the meal itself, the portion was perfectly balanced with good oils, fiber, and protein — something that’s rare in many restaurants. Everything was thoughtfully crafted to fit my goal of an anti-inflammatory diet, making it an ideal spot for anyone seeking health-conscious yet delicious food. I wish all the restaurants could have clean and healthy food like Sproutz.

The restaurant was clean and tidy, but just pretty generic. But ! The food was delicious. We got the southwest chicken wraps and some waffle fries. 10/10. The GF wrap fell apart pretty easily, but that's just the GF way. It was a really nice change of pace to find something "health" and light/refreshing, not too greasy. Tourists, beware: Miami prices are steep. This would have been like a 25 meal in IN, but cost us about 45. But, comparable in pricing compared to things in the area so that must just be how it is.
